Key Skills & Competencies • Strong scientific acumen and therapy area understanding • Strong understanding of India pharma market & Indian regulatory landscape • Strong understanding of biosimilars clinical development, • Strong financial acumen, analytics, forecasting and market assessment. • Experience of execution of partnership deal agreements with strong legal acumen • Excellent stakeholder management skills. • Ability to synthesize complex scientific and commercial information into actionable insights. • Strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision making. • Strong communication and presentation skills. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Qualifications • Master’s in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biotechnology/MBBS, MD; MBA or PHD preferred. • 10+ years of experience in business development, portfolio management, in licensing, in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. • Proven track record of successful deal closures \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Preferred Experience • Experience working with big pharmaceutical companies in biologics/biosimilars portfolio development • Exposure to multiple therapeutic areas • Understanding of Indian and international regulatory & commercial landscapes. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
