Greetings! We are hiring for Safety Lead Role - Manager/Senior Manager, Safety **DIVISION : REAL ESTATE** **QUALIFICATIONS:** Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Industrial Safety, Good Communication Skills **EXPERIENCE:** - Minimum 13+ years of relevant experience in large scale real estate firm **KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Develop, establish and lead safety programs to ensure highest safety standards at construction sites. - To ensure safety for all construction activities at site. - To ensure proper EHS implementation at sites. - To maintain proper EHS documentation at sites viz checks lists, formats and permit systems etc. - To conduct EHS committee meetings and to come up with methods to improve safety at sites. - Training of contractor workers by conducting tool box meetings, EHS Induction Trainings, Seminars etc. - Overall responsibility of site safety procedures, SOPs and processes and ensure compliances. **KEY SKILLS:** - Sound technical knowledge. - Should posses knowledge of ISO, QMS, EHS regulations. - Statutory compliances Share CV - deepika.baby@kraheja.com 2 Vacancies Location - 1.
