**Job Opening 1**: Manager / Sr. Manager Technical & Engineering Support Location: Bangalore (Preferred) / Mumbai / Ahmedabad / Chennai / Delhi Experience: **12-15 years of experience**, including 68 years in machine installation, commissioning, decommissioning, or industrial relocation. **Education**: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Key Responsibilities - Support end-to-end Industrial Project Logistics. - Review project cargo bids and finalize rigging & transportation plans. - Prepare technical specifications for quotations and coordinate with the pricing team. - Support the sales team during technical discussions and site evaluations. - Plan and supervise machinery decommissioning, industrial packing, heavy rigging, transportation, and commissioning. - Coordinate with customers, equipment suppliers, contractors, LSPs, and branch teams. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and permit-to-work procedures. Experience in managing contractors, equipment suppliers, and logistics partners. Willingness to travel. **Job Opening 2:** Senior Manager / AGM – Industrial Projects Location: Mumbai Experience: **12–18 years** of Freight Forwarding experience, with 6–7 years in Industrial Project Logistics. Key Responsibilities - Develop new business across EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Engineering, Mining, Steel, Cement, and Process Industries. - Support branch sales teams in converting project opportunities. - Coordinate with operations and overseas offices to prepare competitive proposals. - Build relationships with shipping lines, Break Bulk operators, RORO carriers, transporters, and heavy-lift partners. - Negotiate freight rates and commercial terms. - Support end-to-end project execution and monitor market trends. - Hands-on experience in Break Bulk, RORO, Heavy Lift, Flat Rack, Open Top, and OOG cargo. - Strong customer and carrier network. **Preferred Industry:** Plant & Building Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Relocation.
