Backed by advanced technology, automation, and over 30,000 professionals globally, Omega delivers innovative and scalable solutions across the healthcare ecosystem. **Position Title** **Manager / Senior Manager – Order-to-Cash (O2C), Revenue Assurance & Analytics** **Location: Chennai** **Role Summary** The Manager / Senior Manager – O2C, Revenue Assurance & Analytics will be responsible for leading end-to-end revenue operations, including contract governance, billing, collections, revenue assurance, analytics, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives. The role will focus on maximizing revenue realization, improving cash flow, strengthening operational controls, and driving process excellence through technology and automation. Working closely with Operations, Client Partners, Finance, Technology, and Leadership teams, the incumbent will deliver actionable business insights, enhance reporting capabilities, implement scalable solutions, and ensure effective governance across the revenue lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** **Revenue Operations & O2C Management** - Manage the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle including contract setup, billing, invoicing, collections, dispute management, cash application, and revenue assurance. - Drive operational excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Monitor key performance indicators such as DSO, billing accuracy, collections, and cash realization. **Contract Governance & Revenue Assurance** - Review contracts, SOWs, pricing models, and commercial agreements to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition. - Implement controls to prevent revenue leakage and ensure contractual compliance. - Conduct periodic reviews to identify risks and strengthen governance processes. **Revenue Analytics & Reporting** - Develop and publish dashboards, KPI scorecards, and management reports. - Analyze revenue, collections, profitability, and cash flow trends to support business decisions. - Provide executive insights and performance reviews to senior leadership. **Technology & Automation** - Lead adoption of ERP systems, O2C platforms, automation tools, and reporting solutions. - Drive process digitization through AI, RPA, Power BI, and business intelligence tools. - Partner with technology teams to implement scalable and efficient revenue management solutions. **Stakeholder & Team Management** - Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Commercial, Legal, and Technology teams to optimize revenue processes. - Lead and mentor high-performing O2C and Analytics teams. - Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. **Qualifications & Experience** **Education** - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration. - Certifications in Analytics, ERP Systems, Project Management, or Digital Transformation will be an added advantage. **Experience** - 10-15 years of experience in O2C, Revenue Operations, Finance Shared Services, Billing, Collections, or Accounts Receivable functions. - Proven experience in revenue assurance, contract governance, reporting, analytics, and finance transformation initiatives. - Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, automation, dashboarding, and business intelligence solutions. - Healthcare, Shared Services, BPM, or RCM industry experience preferred. **Key Skills** - End-to-End Order-to-Cash (O2C) Management - Revenue Assurance & Contract Governance - Billing, Collections & Accounts Receivable - Revenue Analytics & Business Intelligence - Power BI, Tableau, SQL & Advanced Excel - ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics) - Automation, Digital Transformation & Process Improvement - Financial Controls, Compliance & Risk Management - Leadership, Stakeholder Management & Strategic Communication **Success Measures** - Improved DSO and cash flow performance. - Reduction in billing errors and revenue leakage. - Enhanced automation and process efficiency. - Timely publication of dashboards and management reports. - Improved collection effectiveness and customer experience. - Strong compliance, governance, and revenue assurance outcomes.
