**Role & responsibilities** The Senior Manager Process Excellence role is responsible for identifying and mentoring Six Sigma & Lean projects, leading business transformation initiatives, conducting value stream mapping/process mapping, and managing large-scale transformation engagements. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in process excellence and transformation, managing automation and transformation portfolios, client-facing roles, and strong client management skills. **Preferred candidate profile** - Identify and mentor Six Sigma & Lean projects, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement. - Lead business transformation initiatives by analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for Automation, Optimization and implementing effective strategies, roadmap for execution. - Conduct value stream mapping and process mapping exercises to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement. - Manage large-scale transformation engagements, ensuring effective coordination among cross-functional teams and stakeholders (incl. Qualification: - Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree - 12+ years of extensive hands-on experience in process excellence, Automation lifecycle and Transformation within the BPO industry with experience in Banking & financial services segment - Proficiency in DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma tools, techniques, and approaches - Strong client-facing and client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships. - Six Sigma Certified GB and above
