# About the C&P COE The Consumer & Productivity (C&P) Center of Excellence builds and scales horizontal capabilities that power go-to-market (GTM) execution across routes-to-market (RTMs) and drive consistent, measurable business outcomes. Our charter spans: - Disciplined execution and governance - A unified data and AI-first BI platform - RTM analytics and AI-driven decision support & planning - Modern enablement tools and operations - Frictionless sales experience technology - A strong PMO-led business cadence focused on execution and continuous improvement Our immediate B2B focus spans Channel (30K+ global partners), Corporate, Education, and ICX, with the operating model designed to extend to Digital and Consumer as the COE matures. # The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic, outcome-focused Senior Manager of Program and Change Management to join the C&P COE in Noida. In this role, you will lead the PMO-led business cadence for the COE and drive high-impact, cross-functional programs that scale horizontal GTM capabilities across Channel, Corporate, Education, and ICX — anchoring every program in clear business outcomes and ensuring we realize the full value of our strategic intent. You will own a portfolio of complex, interdependent programs in a matrixed, global environment, exercising in-depth knowledge of Adobe’s organizational objectives to select the right methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. You will set the one-year program strategy and objectives for the COE, delegate assignments to program leads and cross-functional partners, and bring disciplined change management to global rollouts of new tools, processes, and operating models. This role is ideal for a seasoned program and change leader who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, acts as a transformation, change agent, and applies an agile, adaptable approach to planning and execution while bringing strong program management fundamentals (structure, governance, and operational rigor) to a global function. # Key Responsibilities ## Program Strategy & PMO Leadership - Establish the program management strategy and one-year objectives for the C&P COE; anchor every program in clear business outcomes and ensure realization of strategic intent. - Operate the COE’s PMO-led business cadence — planning rhythms, governance forums, and operating reviews — with the right frameworks and mechanisms for accountability, transparency, and progress tracking. - Lead a portfolio of cross-functional programs spanning data & BI, RTM analytics, enablement tools, and sales experience technology, ensuring alignment to business priorities, timelines, and success metrics. - Drive timely, effective cross-functional decision-making; resolve risks and dependencies while enabling forward momentum. - Measure and report on program performance using KPIs, ROI models, and qualitative insights to inform leadership and drive continuous improvement. - Translate enterprise GTM strategy into actionable program plans, milestones, and deliverables, balancing structure with the adaptability required in a fast-moving global environment. ## Change Management & Adoption - Lead change management for global C&P initiatives — including stakeholder analysis, communications, enablement, readiness assessments, and adoption tracking — ensuring sellers, partners, and operations teams are ready for new processes, tools, and operating models. - Bring clarity to ambiguous problems and drive adoption of new capabilities across Channel, Corporate, Education, and ICX, with a model designed to extend to Digital and Consumer as the COE matures. - Partner with RTM leaders, enablement, and field operations to tailor change interventions to each route-to-market while maintaining global consistency. ## Cross-Functional Partnership & Influence - Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, GTM Operations, Finance, IT, and Data & Analytics to shape program scope, secure alignment, and unlock decisions. - Influence senior management and executives by framing trade-offs, surfacing risks, and recommending strategic paths forward grounded in data and business context. - Collaborate across global hubs and time zones to build shared accountability and momentum on cross-regional, cross-RTM initiatives. ## Execution, Governance & Delivery - Apply an agile, outcomes-driven approach to planning and execution, adjusting plans as priorities and business needs evolve. - Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans that balance structure with flexibility across multiple workstreams. - Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs; lead mitigation and contingency planning in partnership with program stakeholders, and escalate issues as appropriate. ## Performance & Continuous Improvement - Manage the coordination of program activities with responsibility for business results, including costs, methods, and staffing across assigned initiatives. - Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence within the C&P COE, and help raise the bar on program and change management practices across Adobe’s GTM organization. # What You Need to Succeed ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or a related field. - 10+ years of program or project management experience, including significant experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end. - 6–8 years of people or program leadership experience, with a track record of guiding teams and cross-functional partners to deliver against strategic objectives. - Demonstrated ability to deliver complex programs in matrixed, global organizations, including setting strategy, defining objectives, and delegating execution. - Strong grounding in program management principles, with proven experience applying governance, planning, and execution best practices at scale — ideally in a PMO or
