**Senior Manager, Program and Solution Management** **Position Summary** Deloitte USI Consulting Services is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Senior Manager to lead delivery of enterprise-scale D365 F&O transformation programs. In this role, you will provide leadership across workstreams and global teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. You will drive delivery strategies, oversee delivery governance, manage risks and dependencies, and guide teams through the full project lifecycle from estimation and planning through build, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support. You will also mentor and develop technical talent while helping teams deliver solutions aligned to client objectives and Deloitte delivery standards. **Work you'll do** As a Senior Manager, you help our clients to set-up, manage, and operate their most complex projects, define functional requirements for technology solutions, and design and derive transformative approaches for technology systems. Senior Managers are professionals with strong records of academic and professional achievement who have the capacity and desire for continuous development and growth. Deloitte professionals must also be capable of working and communicating with people at all levels of an organization. Responsibilities typical of a Senior Manager could include: - Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope - Manage engagement financial reporting, such as billing, revenue, margin and expenses - Oversee work plans and manage delivery for multiple components of an engagement - Leverage Deloitte's methods, tools, and assets to design solutions for complex organizational challenges - Manage activities between work streams, develop process flows depicting pain points in the business process - Manage engagement status reporting to stakeholders. Identify risks & issues throughout the project life cycle and develop mitigating strategies - Review detailed analyses to draw pertinent and insightful recommendations; Present findings and recommendations to client leadership - Design and manage deliverables to reflect the engagement contract - Mentor and develop junior staff; Perform role of team leader and coach - Support proposal development, by interviewing clients, identifying and summarizing issues, outlining of project approach and drafting of proposal content - Manage reporting to facilitate informed decision making - Lead development of new innovations that improve the delivery and differentiate the solutions provided - Define talent/skill needs and resource requirement keeping in mind process evolution and emerging technologies - Develop talent capabilities by contributing to overall talent strategy, hiring, and training - Ensure effective people management and development, including staffing, integration of new staff into teams, facilitating technical/functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback, and managing people issues - Conduct periodical performance reviews with team members and address non-performance issues **The team** The Emerging ERP Solutions offering provides advice, planning, and implementation of Cloud ERP solutions like Workday, MS Dynamics and Infor, featuring built-in industry-specific capabilities. The USI team plays a crucial role throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, from initial pursuits to final delivery. Specializing in Financials and Supply Chain transformations, the team also implements Adaptive Planning Solutions across various industries. Their deep expertise in both technology and domain ensures effective, tailored solutions that drive value and operational excellence for clients. **Location:** Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai **Shift Timings:** 11 AM to 8 PM IST or 2 PM to 11 PM IST, based on business requirements **Qualifications:** - B.Tech / BE / BSC / MCA, Degree that includes Computer Science - MBA from a premier B-School with relevant experience is preferred **Skills Required:** - 15+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical consulting or industry roles - Experience leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations in a technical role - Experience providing technical oversight for design documentation, unit testing, defect resolution, and support across test cycles and deployment activities - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations security architecture, including roles, duties, privileges, permission sets, and custom security roles - Experience across multiple full life cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations - Experience with Copilot agents and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven extensions within the Microsoft ecosystem **Our purpose** Deloitte’s purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
