Roles and Responsibility - Manage the procurement process from spend analysis to vendor management. - Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and improve quality. - Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers. Job Requirements - Bachelor of Engineering degree required. - Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement or a related field. - Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices. - Experience in spend analysis and vendor management. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
