The Opportunity Adobe's Risk Advisory & Assurance Services (RAAS) team is looking for a Senior Manager to lead audit and advisory engagements that strengthen oversight, risk management, and internal controls across the company. This role combines strategic leadership, business partnership, and technical expertise to help Adobe anticipate emerging risks, improve business performance, and enable informed decision making. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Internal Audit , you will partner with leaders across the business to deliver objective insights, develop high-performing teams, and contribute to the continued evolution of the RAAS function. How You'll Make an Impact Strategic Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing objective risk insights that support strategic decisions and business outcomes. Build strong partnerships across the organization to understand evolving business priorities, emerging risks, and opportunities to bring value. Partner with RAAS leadership to deliver against a risk-based audit and advisory portfolio aligned with Adobe's strategic priorities and evolving risk landscape. Expand RAAS's advisory impact by finding opportunities to help the business navigate risk, change, and growth. Contribute to the evolution of RAAS by improving methodologies, collaboration, and business impact. Audit & Advisory Leadership Deliver complex global audit and advisory projects that enhance governance, improve controls, and provide leaders with actionable insights to make informed business decisions. Focus teams on the risks that matter most by defining clear engagement strategies using a top-down, risk-based approach. Influence business outcomes by delivering practical recommendations that improve performance, strengthen resilience, and enhance governance. Communicate enterprise risk themes through concise, executive-ready presentations that build alignment and inspire action. Partner with business teams to monitor remediation efforts and drive sustainable risk reduction. People Leadership Build high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and meaningful development opportunities. Foster an inclusive culture where collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning thrive. Empower teams to succeed by setting clear priorities, removing obstacles, and encouraging sound judgment and ownership. Coach audit professionals, develop future leaders, and strengthen organizational capability through knowledge sharing. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Leverage data analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve audit quality and business insight. Anticipate evolving risks by monitoring changes across business strategy, technology, and regulation. Lead initiatives that improve audit effectiveness, consistency, and scalability. What You Need to Succeed Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CA, or equivalent professional certification. 10+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, internal audit, consulting, or a combination of Big Four and large public company experience. Proven track record of leading complex audit or advisory engagements across multiple risk domains. 5+ years of people leadership experience developing high-performing teams. Software or technology industry experience is preferred. Skills & Capabilities Strategic outlook that connects business priorities, risk insights, and data to influence decisions. Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and influence senior leaders across a global, matrixed organization. Demonstrated success leading multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity, and delivering results through others. Strong understanding of governance, risk management, internal controls, and audit methodology. Experience applying data analytics and technology to enhance risk assessment, audit execution, and business insights. Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts, influence decision-making, and drive cross-functional alignment. High degree of integrity, sound judgment, and professional skepticism.
