Job requisition ID :: 106953 Date: Jul 8, 2026 Location: Mumbai Designation: Senior Manager Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP ## **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Senior Manager – SAP FICO** with deep expertise in **Retail industry processes** to lead large-scale SAP transformation programs. The candidate will drive solution design, client engagement, and delivery excellence across complex SAP S/4HANA implementations and Finance transformation initiatives. ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **Client Engagement & Leadership** - Lead end-to-end SAP FICO engagements for retail clients, including **solution design, implementation, and support** - Serve as a **trusted advisor** to senior finance stakeholders (CFO, Finance Directors) - Drive business development, proposals, and client presentations - Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction ### **SAP FICO Delivery** - Lead **S/4HANA Finance implementations**, rollouts, and system conversions - Design and configure SAP FICO modules including: - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Asset Accounting (AA) - Bank Accounting & Treasury - Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Profitability Analysis (COPA) - Ensure integration with key modules such as **MM, SD, and Retail-specific components** - Define and implement **financial processes aligned to retail operations** ### **Retail Industry Expertise** - Apply deep understanding of retail business processes: - **Order-to-Cash (O2C)** in retail store and e-commerce environments - **Procure-to-Pay (P2P)** and vendor settlement processes - Inventory valuation and stock accounting across distribution centers and stores - Revenue recognition, pricing, and promotions management - Support **Omnichannel retail operations**, including POS and e-commerce integration - Enable **real-time financial visibility** for retail organizations using S/4HANA ### **Program & Team Management** - Lead and mentor teams of consultants across multiple locations - Manage large programs (10M+ USD engagements) including planning, risk management, and governance - Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget - Drive quality assurance and adherence to Deloitte methodologies ### **Innovation & Thought Leadership** - Contribute to SAP practice growth through **solution accelerators and reusable assets** - Stay updated with SAP innovations (S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance, Group Reporting) - Publish thought leadership on **Finance transformation in Retail** ## **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CA/CPA preferred - **9-12 years of experience** in SAP FICO, with at least **5+ years in leadership roles.** - Proven experience in **Retail industry SAP implementations** - Minimum **3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations** - Deep functional expertise in **FICO with strong integration knowledge** - Experience managing large global teams and complex programs ## **Preferred Skills** - Experience with **SAP S/4HANA Retail or CAR (Customer Activity Repository)** - Knowledge of **IFRS, GAAP, and retail-specific compliance** - Exposure to **SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or reporting tools** - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment ## **Leadership Competencies** - Strategic thinking and problem-solving - Executive presence and stakeholder influence - Team development and mentoring - Innovation mindset and continuous improvement
