**Role & responsibilities** The role holder will be responsible for the acquisition and development of new agents in order to increase business volume across cities/ VO locations Responsible for increasing the SME products business volume through the acquisition and development of channel partners / agents. Responsible for the maintenance of overall profitability of the portfolio keeping in line overall organizational needs and future growth expectations. Handling a team of Unit Sales Manager(s) and monitoring their sales target. Increasing the market share and penetration by acquisition of new customers **Preferred candidate profile** Relationship Management Sales Experience with product knowledge Stakeholder Management GI industry knowledge
