Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - End-to-end SCM, procurement & strategic sourcing of structural steel, plates, pipes and fabrication consumables. - Vendor development, supplier onboarding & OEM relationship management. - Strategic sourcing, contract negotiation & cost optimization. - Manage inbound/outbound logistics, including ODC transportation. - Inventory planning, warehouse & materials management. - Lead subcontractor management and ensure on-time project delivery. - Manage inbound/outbound logistics, ODC transportation & warehouse operations. - Drive ERP-based procurement processes and cross-functional coordination. - Ensure timely material availability, reduce lead time, optimize working capital, and improve supply chain efficiency. **Preferred candidate profile** - Must have experience in **Heavy Fabrication, Heavy Engineering, EPC, Capital Goods, Steel, or Industrial Manufacturing**. - Strong expertise in procurement of structural steel, plates, pipes, fabrication consumables, and raw materials. - Hands-on experience in vendor development, contract negotiation, inventory planning, MRP, warehouse management, and cost optimization. - Exposure to inbound & outbound logistics, ODC transportation, and subcontractor management.
