**Team Leader/ Senior Manager-** Insurance Sales Company: ICICI Lombard General Insurance **About the Role:-** We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our Insurance Telesales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, ensuring process adherence, and delivering exceptional business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and manage a team of Tele Sales Executives. - Drive sales targets and revenue generation through effective team management. - Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, conversion rates, and pipeline health. - Conduct daily huddles, team briefings, and performance reviews. - Provide regular 1-on-1 coaching and feedback sessions. - Perform live call monitoring, call auditing, and individual audits. - Ensure high standards of productivity, quality, and process compliance. - Manage shrinkage, attendance, and workforce productivity. - Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales skills, and objection handling. - Drive employee engagement and support attrition management initiatives. - Ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 2 to 5 years of experience in Telesales, Insurance Sales, BFSI Sales, or BPO Sales. - Minimum 1 year of team handling experience. - Understanding of shrinkage management, productivity tracking, and performance management. - Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills. - Experience in call auditing and quality management. - Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. - General Insurance experience will be preferred.
