**Senior Operations Manager – Medical Devices** 📍 **Location:** Kolkata 🕒 **Shift:** 12 PM – 11 PM 🎓 **Qualification:** Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering 💼 **Experience:** 12+ Years Are you a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the **Medical Devices industry** and a proven track record of managing large-scale operations? We are looking for a dynamic **Senior Operations Manager** to drive operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** ✅ Lead end-to-end global **Product Quality Complaint (PQC)** operations for a team of approximately **200+ professionals** . ✅ Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, CAPA governance, and quality performance across complaint management processes. ✅ Manage customer escalations and build strong stakeholder and client relationships. ✅ Drive operational transformation through automation, AI, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. ✅ Lead strategic governance programs and support regulatory inspections and audits. ✅ Deliver business outcomes by achieving KPIs, SLAs, financial targets, and customer satisfaction goals. ✅ Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of quality and compliance. **Required Experience** ✔ 12+ years of experience in the Medical Devices industry, preferably in a Medical Devices BPO environment. ✔ 8–10+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale global operations. ✔ Strong expertise in: - Product Quality Complaints (PQC) - Post Market Surveillance (PMS) - Vigilance - Quality & Customer Quality Operations - CAPA Programs - Complaint Handling Systems - Regulatory Compliance & Audits
