**Job Title:** Senior Manager- Workforce Management **Experience:** 10+ years **Location:** Greater Noida We at Coforge are hiring Senior Manager- Workforce Management with the following skillset: **Key Responsibilities:** - Workforce Management will lead and optimize workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations to ensure service level adherence and operational efficiency across business unit. - This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and leadership to drive performance and strategic workforce initiatives. - Forecasting & Planning: Develop accurate short-term and long-term forecasts using historical data and predictive models. Align workforce plans with business demand and strategic goals. - Demand Fulfilment: Own and drive the demand fulfilment process across business units. Ensure timely and accurate staffing against forecasted demand. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations to close staffing gaps proactively. - Scheduling & Capacity Management: Optimize staffing across shifts, locations, and channels. - Reporting & Analytics: Deliver insights through dashboards and reports on KPIs such as SLA, occupancy, shrinkage, forecast accuracy, and demand fulfilment rate. - Identify trends and recommend actions for continuous improvement. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, and Training teams to ensure workforce readiness. Communicate staffing risks and mitigation plans to leadership. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). - 10-14 years of experience in Workforce Management, preferably in a IT services environment. - Proficiency in WFM tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
