Senior Mendix Developer / Technical Lead

**Role & responsibilities** - Solution Design & Development scalable, reusable enterprise solutions - Integration & Implementation: - Integrate Mendix applications with upstream and downstream apps - Enable seamless data exchange using APIs and middleware - Quality, Testing & Performance - Ensure application quality, performance, and scalability. Testing, debugging and proactive issue resolution - Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders - Mentor the team members - Document technical solutions and architecture - Maintain coding standards and governance compliance - Support pre-UAT - Functional solution validation, basic troubleshooting **Technical Skills** **Must Have:** - Certification - Advanced Developer - Strong hands-on experience in Mendix application development - Expertise in: - Microflows, nanoflows, domain modeling, xpath constraints - UI/UX development (widgets, dashboards) - Experience in integrating Mendix applications with: - Enterprise systems (SAP, Azure, ERP) - Shopfloor systems (OPC UA / MQTT protocols) - Experience in REST / OData / API integrations - Experience in using connectors - Knowledge of: - HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Database concepts - Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) - Knowledge on basic queries with SQL / OQL - Familiarity with Agile framework **Good to have:** - Good understanding of manufacturing business processes, preferred CPG - Knowledge of ISA95 / MESA standards - Fair understanding of control systems automation Fair understanding of OPC tools like Kepware
