**Senior MES Consultant / Lead** **Experience:** 10-13 Years **Location:** PUNE **Education:** B.E/B.Tech into CSE **Domain:** Manufacturing **Job Summary** Seeking an experienced MES professional with strong Manufacturing domain expertise to lead MES implementation, integration, and optimisation initiatives across production environments. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead MES implementation, enhancement, and support projects. • Gather business requirements and translate them into MES solutions. • Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, PLC, and shop-floor systems. • Drive manufacturing digitalisation and Industry 4.0 initiatives. • Collaborate with Operations, Production, Quality, and IT teams. • Troubleshoot MES-related issues and ensure system reliability. **Required Skills** • 10-13 years of experience in Manufacturing and MES. • Hands-on experience with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter/Camstar, Apriso, FactoryTalk, SAP ME/MII, GE Proficy, or equivalent. • Strong understanding of production, quality, traceability, and shop-floor processes. • Experience in MES-ERP integration and manufacturing system architecture. • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, SCADA, and PLC interfaces. **Preferred** • Exposure to Industry 4.0, IoT, OEE, and Smart Factory initiatives. • Experience leading large-scale MES transformation programmes. **Note:** we are looking for immediate joiners only
