**Role-M365 Admin OR Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator** **Experience-5 - 10 Yrs** **Location-Pune/Chennai** **Virtual Drive (Remote interview)** **08/Jul/2026 or 09/Jul/2026** Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage, support, and optimize the organization’s M365 tenant across global users. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), security, compliance, and enterprise governance. Key Responsibilities: Microsoft 365 Administration: • Administer and support Microsoft 365 tenant including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams • Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, license management, role assignments) • Configure mail flow, transport rules, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and M365 groups Identity & Access Management: • Manage Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and PIM • Support hybrid identity using Azure AD Connect Security & Compliance: • Implement Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention, eDiscovery, Information Protection) • Monitor security alerts and incidents Teams & Collaboration: • Administer Microsoft Teams policies and governance • Manage SharePoint Online site collections and permissions Monitoring & Support: • Provide L3/L4 support and root cause analysis • Coordinate with Microsoft Support Automation & Optimization: • Automate tasks using PowerShell and Graph • Optimize license usage and tenant health Documentation & Governance: • Maintain SOPs, KBs, and audit documentation Required Skills: • Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID • PowerShell scripting • Hybrid environments • ITIL knowledge Certifications (Preferred): • Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert • AZ-104 • ITIL Foundation Soft Skills: • Strong communication • Stakeholder management • Mentoring experience Good to Have: • Defender for Office 365 • Intune / Endpoint Manager • Power Platform governance
