Job Description - -------------- **Role Overview** Lead enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations Supply Chain and Manufacturing implementations. Own solution strategy, client engagement, solution architecture, delivery governance and team leadership for global transformation programs. **Core Responsibilities** * Lead discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, CRPs, UAT and Go-Live. * Drive solutioning across Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, Transportation, Master Planning, Production Control, PIM and Quality. * Design manufacturing solutions for discrete/process manufacturing, BOMs, routes, MRP, forecasting, scheduling, subcontracting, lean manufacturing, shop floor and capacity planning. * Advise CXO/business leaders on process transformation and Microsoft best practices. * Support pre-sales, RFPs, estimations and executive presentations. * Mentor consultants and govern delivery quality. **Mandatory Skills** * 10--12 years in ERP with 6+ years in D365 F\&O SCM. * Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management. * Strong solution architecture and consulting mindset. * Deep Manufacturing \& SCM domain knowledge. * Integration experience with Finance, MES, PLM, WMS and external systems. * Azure DevOps and Agile delivery. **Preferred** * D365 certifications. * Automotive/Industrial Manufacturing/Engineering experience. * Global rollout experience. * Team mentoring and utilization Qualifications - ------------- **++Educational qualification:++** B.E/B.Tech/MCA or Equivalent Qualification **++Experience :++** * 10--12 years in ERP with 6+ years in D365 F\&O SCM. **++Mandatory/requires Skills :++** * Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management. * Strong solution architecture and consulting mindset. * Deep Manufacturing \& SCM domain knowledge. * Integration experience with Finance, MES, PLM, WMS and external systems. * Azure DevOps and Agile delivery. **++Preferred Skills :++**
