**Role & responsibilities** **Job Description MuleSoft Support Engineer (6-8 Years Experience)** **Position:** MuleSoft Support Engineer We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Support Engineer with 68 years of IT experience, including strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API integrations, and production support. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing integration solutions while ensuring high availability and performance of MuleSoft applications. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide L2/L3 production support for MuleSoft applications and integrations. - Monitor MuleSoft APIs, applications, servers, and integration flows. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues within SLA timelines. - Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes. - Support API lifecycle management using Anypoint Platform. - Perform deployments, configuration changes, and release support activities. - Work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams. - Handle incident management, problem management, and change management activities. - Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles. - Participate in on-call support and production releases when required. - Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards. **Required Skills** - 6–8 years of overall IT experience. - 4+ years of hands-on experience with **MuleSoft Anypoint Platform**. - Strong knowledge of: - Mule 4 - API-led Connectivity - DataWeave 2.0 - REST and SOAP Web Services - RAML/OpenAPI specifications - Anypoint Studio - API Manager - Runtime Manager - CloudHub/Hybrid deployments - Experience in incident analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. - Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions. - Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, ELK, or similar. - Good understanding of databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL). - Knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and scripting.
