Area(s) of responsibility Position Title: Senior Network Tech Lead Experience Required: 10+ years Location: India (Preferred Bangalore, Pune or Noida, but flexible for, Hyderabad, Chennai) Department: Network Practice Delivery **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Tech Lead for implementation, troubleshooting and operations of large-scale enterprise Campus, WAN, and Data Center networks for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in network implementation & support, SDN/SD-WAN platforms (including Velo-cloud SD-WAN, Palo Alto, firewalls, Aruba ClearPass, Prima access), and cloud networking (Azure, AWS). The role requires proven project leadership, customer engagement, technical team management, and a strong track record in delivering successful network solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead the implementation & support of robust LAN, WAN, Data Centre, and SDN/SD-WAN solutions. - Support Low-Level Designs (LLD), and technical solution proposals to customers. - Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and manage technical calls. - Support project delivery, ensuring successful implementation, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. - Implement or migrate the defined design into the production and ensure the smooth cut over or installation of the network. - Guide and mentor a team of Junior network engineers, driving technical excellence and team development. - Serve as the technical escalation point (L2/L3) for complex network issues and critical incidents. - Define and enforce network documentation standards, maintaining a comprehensive engineering document library. - Collaborate with OEMs, vendors, and cross-functional teams for, implementation, integration & support. - Execute or Support network migration, integration, and transformation projects, including service recovery and improvement initiatives. - Document and hand over the implementation, support hyper care. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - 10+ years of hands-on experience in network implementation, support, and operations. - Proven experience leading projects and operations for customer environments. - Strong fundamentals in Routing & Switching (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VTP, EtherChannel, HSRP, VRRP, VSS, VPC, VDC, FEX, Fabric Path). - Hands-on experience architecting and delivering solutions on: - Primary Skills  Strong base of Routing & Switching  Velo-Cloud SDWAN  Aruba ClearPass  Cisco ISE, DNAC - Secondary Skills  SDN/SD-WAN platforms (Cisco SD-WAN)  SolarWinds Orion - Experience with network security platforms (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA) and network access control. - Cloud networking expertise: Good to have worked on Azure networking (Vnet, Virtual Network Gateways, Site-to-Site IPsec connections, Network Security Group, Virtual network Gateway, Local Network Gateway, Route Tables & management, etc.). AWS Networking (VPC, Transit gateway, Direct-connect, CloudWatch, IGW, NAT GW, Security Groups, ALB, NLB, GLB Certificate manager, R53, Multi-cloud Integrations. - Certification Requirements: - CCNA, CCNP or equivalent certification is mandatory. - Azure AZ-700, AWS ANS-C01 or equivalent certification is good to have. - Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage project delivery. - Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills. - Strong documentation capabilities and process awareness. - Experience working with vendors and partners on solution implementation support & troubleshoot. Education - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
