Responsibilities • Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent branch customers by providing customized wealth management and financial planning solutions. • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets through the acquisition of new clients and the cross-selling of financial products, including investments and insurance. • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. • Conduct regular financial portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with clients' financial objectives and risk appetites. • Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies to mitigate risk. • Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients. Requirements • University degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field. • Demonstrated experience in relationship management, wealth management, or financial advisory within the consumer banking sector. • Possession of required regulatory certifications for financial advisory and investment sales. • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and insurance products. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales and performance targets.
