In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. This is done through strategic focus on training and improving staff capability, empowerment, productivity, teamwork, innovation & technology, managing operational risks & strongly collaborating with our business partners in delivering excellent RED service to our customers. **Responsibilities** - Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support the bank's liabilities management strategies - Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions - Continuously explore and implement new data analysis techniques and tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data processing - Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing robust data validation and cleansing processes - Provide recommendations and support for strategic decision-making based on data analysis **Requirements** - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science - Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of financial data and banking operations - Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights - Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven recommendations to stakeholders - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business requirements **Apply Now** We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements. **Location:** Regional Office Mumbai **Job:** Analytics **Schedule:** Regular **Employee Status:** Full time
