**Purpose of the Role:** To manage commercial operations and tasks for the designated unit. **Qualification & Experience:** - Required Education Qualification: B.Com - Required prior Work Experience: 5-6 years in commercial **Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:** - Communication Skills - Planning & Execution Skills - Analytical Skills **Job Responsibilities:** - Analysis, tracking, controlling and classification of monthly location inventory to be classified in Fast, Slow, Non-moving and Expired. - Create a monthly report on Marico level and clearing of GRIR for MFG locations, supporting functions. - Analysis and clearing books pertaining to advance and creditors. - Consolidation of Budgets and actuals & Variance Analysis for monthly review meetings. - Write off, CEP portal and PO release strategy related issue and maintaining approval flow. - Review of all Provisions/JVs and FOH & DFOH of operations (Monthly Provisions of Operations). - Vendor and Material Master maintenance at Marico level. - Central point of contact for all audit related queries. - Maintaining commercial scorecards for overall commercial hygiene. - Maintaining Power BI Dashboards and reports with analytics **Reporting Relationships:** Upwards-Commercial Manager, Operations **Growth Path & Future:** Movement to other JM2 roles in Finance or upwards movement to JM3 Executive depending on performance
