**Key Result Areas (** **Max 1325 Characters)** Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) Channel/ Vendor Empanelment - Effective onboard and management of channel partners and vendors, through streamlined process, fostering strong relationships, and maximizing mutual success - Work closely with various departments and partnering with concerned team members to ensure channel and vendors are onboarded as per prescribed processes. - Collaborate with IT to digitalize channel / vendors onboarding and other process to increase efficiencies. - Ensure the processes align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. - Implement changes and enhancements to streamline onboarding and improve overall satisfaction Stakeholder Management - To effectively manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering positive collaboration - Prioritize stakeholders based on their influence, impact, and relevance to organizational success & growth - Develop and implement a strategic engagement plan for each stakeholder group, outlining communication strategies, touchpoints, and involvement in organizational initiatives - Work closely with stakeholders from different business units to understand their data needs and provide valuable insights for their specific requirements - Implement effective conflict resolution strategies to maintain positive relationships and prevent potential disruptions - Regularly evaluate and report on KPIs to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Team Management - Mentor, provide operational leadership and technical guidance to the team, thereby developing a strong and competent team - Review performance of the team on a regular and continuous basis and provide developmental feedback. - Conduct one-to-one and team meetings on a regular basis to discuss and resolve issues, to seek feedback / suggestions on self / on department's operations and to provide guidance support
