We foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **About the Role** The Sr Manager will be responsible for overseeing US mortgage operations, ensuring compliance with US mortgage guidelines, and managing a team of professionals in a hybrid work model. **Responsibilities** - Expert level knowledge of US mortgage guidelines, documents and various mortgage processes in Originations. Preferably in underwriting - Good email writing skills, well versed in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint - Experience in managing back-office mortgage Operations in outsourced environment and capable of managing 80+ FTE - Capable of handling new process migrations - Ability to build & motivate teams - Ability to manage client relationships and escalations - Ability to communicate with Wipro’s senior management **Qualifications** Education: 12+ years of experience in the relevant field. **Required Skills** - Expertise in US mortgage operations guidelines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint **Preferred Skills** - Experience in underwriting - Experience in managing large teams **Pay range and compensation package** Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. **Equal Opportunity Statement** Wipro is an equal opportunity employer.
