The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in NetSuite customizations, integrations, and business process mapping, along with a strong consulting mindset to guide stakeholders through system discovery and rationalization initiatives. **Responsibilities** - Analyze the current NetSuite landscape to identify customizations, dependencies, and integration points - Document existing configurations, workflows, scripts, and system dependencies in a structured manner - Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align on transformation objectives - Provide strategic recommendations on functionality that can be removed, migrated, or replaced - Perform system discovery and current state assessments across NetSuite modules - Map and document business processes to support ERP transformation and application rationalization efforts - Collaborate with technical and functional teams to design and validate NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder - Advise stakeholders on best practices for NetSuite optimization and Finance/GL alignment - Support integration planning between NetSuite and other enterprise systems **Requirements** - 6-9 years of professional experience as a NetSuite Consultant - Expertise in Oracle NetSuite (Functional and/or Technical) - Proficiency in NetSuite Customizations, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder - Background in System Discovery and Current State Assessment - Skills in Business Process Mapping and Documentation - Knowledge of ERP Transformation and Application Rationalization - Understanding of Finance and General Ledger (GL) processes - Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities - Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher **We offer** - Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies - Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications - Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms - Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons - Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions - Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects - Focused individual development - Benefit package: - Health benefits - Retirement benefits - Paid time off - Flexible benefits - Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
