The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OutSystems development, application architecture, integrations, data modeling, and Agile delivery practices. This role requires technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while mentoring development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders. - **Role: Senior OutSystems Technical Lead** - **Location: Pune** - **Experience: 8 to 12 Years** - **Job Type: Full Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Lead the design and development of OutSystems applications for loan management and reconciliation workflows. - Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-quality technical solutions. - Drive end-to-end application delivery across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support phases. - Design data models, application architecture, APIs, and integration solutions for enterprise systems. - Develop and implement integrations with financial systems, external applications, databases, and APIs. - Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards, architecture principles, and best practices. - Mentor and guide development team members, ensuring technical excellence and productivity. - Perform application performance tuning, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis. - Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. - Ensure applications adhere to security, compliance, scalability, and reliability requirements. - Support release planning, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization. - Monitor application health and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. - Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational runbooks. **Expertise You'll Bring:** - 8 to 12 years of experience in application development with significant experience in OutSystems platform development. - Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems. - Experience leading technical teams and overseeing end-to-end application delivery. - Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and scalable solution design. - Hands-on experience with API development and integration using REST and SOAP services. - Strong knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, and SQL development. - Experience integrating OutSystems applications with financial systems, enterprise applications, and third-party platforms. - Proven expertise in performance optimization, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. - Knowledge of secure coding practices, application security, and governance frameworks. - Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing software engineering best practices. - Familiarity with loan processing, reconciliation systems, or financial services applications is highly preferred. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. - Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. - Ability to mentor developers and provide technical guidance across projects. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents **Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:** Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
