Share your resume over **Aarushi.Shukla@Coforge.Com** **Role Summary** Responsible for support and maintenance of Power BI reports, semantic models, and dashboards, ensuring business continuity and accurate reporting. **Key Responsibilities** - Support **Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models** - Troubleshoot issues related to **data refresh, performance, and report accuracy** - Handle **user queries, access issues, and report enhancements** - Validate **data consistency between Snowflake and reports** - Optimize report performance and **query efficiency** - Support **report deployments and version control** - Maintain **documentation and report inventory** - Collaborate with ETL team for **data-related issue resolution** - Ensure adherence to **governance standards and reporting best practices** **Required Skills** - Strong experience in **Power BI (reports, datasets, DAX, Power Query)** - Knowledge of **data modeling (star schema, semantic layer)** - Experience with **Snowflake or cloud data platforms** - Understanding of **data validation and reconciliation techniques** - Good communication skills for handling business stakeholders **Expectations from Role** - Adherence to **SLA-driven support model** - Participation in **shift-based support (if required)** - Proactive communication of **blockers and risks** - Strong focus on **documentation and knowledge sharing** - Alignment with **project governance and escalation protocols**
