Job description

Responsible for defining and deploying the function’s short-term and long-term strategy by developing actionable plans aligned to business objectives. Drives policy formulation and enhancements based on industry trends, market realities, and organizational needs, while providing advisory support for key HR initiatives and solutions. Oversees HR systems, processes, operations, analytics, and reporting to ensure efficiency, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making. Builds organizational capability through knowledge management, capability development, and structured learning interventions. Strengthens relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including vendors, by acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring effective collaboration. Supports employer branding and organizational positioning through industry engagement, thought leadership, and strategic communication. Leads function-specific initiatives, ensures adherence to audit and compliance requirements, and fosters a high-performance, merit-driven team culture through talent development, coaching, engagement, and retention initiatives.
