Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook. **Job Description** Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant MSD 365 Supply Chain Architect The Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant SCM will be responsible for providing expert-level functional support issue resolution and continuous improvement within the clients Dynamics Supply Chain environment. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders IT teams and Microsoft support to ensure business continuity performance optimization and user satisfaction across all deployed modules. The consultant will play a key role in incident management change request delivery root cause analysis and enhancement advisory as part of a long-term Managed Application support (AMS) engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Application support & Issue Resolution - Provide Level 2/3 functional support for Dynamics 365 SCM modules (Procurement Inventory Sales Production etc. - Analyze troubleshoot and resolve production issues and user-reported incidents within agreed SL As. - Document root cause and preventive measures for recurring issues. - Collaborate with technical teams (developers/integrators) for bug fixes and data correction. - Change & Enhancement Management - Gather and document business requirements for minor enhancements or configuration changes. - Perform impact analysis and validate functional design changes before deployment. - Conduct testing (SIT/UAT) and ensure smooth deployment through release management processes. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process optimization leveraging D365 capabilities. - Business Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a functional bridge between business users and the technical support team. - Facilitate discussions to identify pain points improvement areas and automation opportunities. - Participate in regular service review meetings and present functional insights incident trends and system improvement plans. - Documentation & Governance - Maintain updated functional documentation configuration records and SO Ps. - Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for incident problem and change management. - Track and report key performance indicators (KP Is) for support activities. - Continuous Learning & Knowledge Management - Keep abreast of new D365 SCM new features updates (PU releases) and Microsoft best practices. - Contribute to internal knowledge bases and reusable solution templates. - Train end users or internal support staff on functional best practices and process changes. - Key Skills & Experience: - Functional Expertise: - Experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 SCM or AX 2012. - Strong understanding of end-to-end SCM (Procurement Inventory Sales Warehousing Production) processes. - Experience with cross-functional integrations (e.g. - Projects HR Retail Power BI Power Platform). - AMS Experience: - Prior experience in a Managed support or Application Maintenance environment is mandatory. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g. - Service Now Dev Ops Remedy Jira). - Proven ability to manage SL As priorities and user communications in a production setting. - Technical Awareness: - Understanding of D365 architecture environments (DEV/UAT/PROD) and LCS. - Familiarity with data management configuration workflows and reporting setup. - Soft Skills: - Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work independently in a global support model (onsite-offshore coordination). **Qualifications** Bachelors - Business Analytics, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Statistics, Masters - Data Science **Certifications** Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) - VskillsVskills, Certified Data Management Professional - RiversandRiversand, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) - The International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals (IARCP)The International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals (IARCP), Informatica Certified Administrator - InformaticaInformatica, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate - MicrosoftMicrosoft **Required Skills** Agile Methodology, Change Management, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Data Governance, Data Modeling, Data Quality, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, Master Data Management (MDM), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Modernizing Operations, Oracle DRM, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Project Management, Risk Management, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Storytelling, V
