Senior Process Analyst- Finance and Administration Delivery

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Accounts Receivable professional with 5 to 7 years of experience to manage end-to-end AR operations, drive collections performance, and ensure timely cash flow. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to handle escalations, and be comfortable working in night shifts to support global clients. • Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. • 5 to 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C (cash application, collections & claims). • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, NERP, etc.). • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Key Responsibilities End-to-End AR Management/ O2C • Oversee complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including billing, collections, cash application, and claims. • Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices as per contractual agreements. • Review and monitor team activities to maintain quality and efficiency (if in lead role).
