We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Accounts Receivable professional with 5 to 7 years of experience** to manage end-to-end AR operations, drive collections performance, and ensure timely cash flow. The ideal candidate should possess **excellent communication and stakeholder management skills**, the ability to handle escalations, and be comfortable working in **night shifts to support global clients**. - Bachelors or Masters degree in **Commerce, Finance, or Accounting**. - **5 to 7 years of experience** in Accounts Receivable / O2C (cash application, collections & claims). - Hands-on experience with **ERP systems (SAP, NERP, etc.)**. - Strong proficiency in **MS Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). **Key Responsibilities** **End-to-End AR Management/ O2C** - Oversee complete **Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle**, including billing, collections, cash application, and claims. - Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices as per contractual agreements. - Review and monitor team activities to maintain quality and efficiency (if in lead role).
