A CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage. **Must Have Skills:** FP&A Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial & Variance Analysis, Data Management, ORACLE ERPAdvance MS Excel, Hyperion, Power BI Budgeting, Forecasting & Modeling Financial Analysis & Variance Reporting Strategic Insight & Business Partnering Oracle ERP System & Data Management **Good-to-Have Skills:** •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage. •Experience: 4+ years of dedicated corporate FP&A or financial analysis experience. •ERP & Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP and planning platforms (e.g., Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Smart View) is required. •Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), accounting policies, and capital allocation frameworks. •Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills; ability to confidently articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders. •Tools: Advanced mastery of MS Excel (financial modeling, formulas, data tables) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). In this role, you will be a key partner in driving our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis workflows. You will translate complex financial data into actionable insights, helping business leaders optimize performance and make high-stakes operational decisions.The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of corporate finance principles, exceptional modeling capabilities, and advanced proficiency in Oracle ERP and associated enterprise performance management tools.
