**Job Description:** - ------------------- * Digital Transformation team is a newly established practice and one of the fastest growing businesses in the organization * The ideal applicant would manage and support multiple Master data management initiatives as part of this practice * In order to address the client problem statement the prospective applicant should have expertise solving it utilizing best in class technologies including Infosys proprietary ones * This person will collaborate with other members of the Master Data team to suggest ways to enhance procedures **Key Responsibilities:** - ------------------------ * Solid grasp of master data having worked with it and its effects on downstream operations * A minimum of five years of professional experience in master data management with an emphasis on the following major data objects vendor customer material pricing and product * Deep knowledge of Data Migration process including S 4 HANA Data Migration * MDM Strategy Data Cleansing Strategy Development Experience in classification master data management material vendor and Customer master enrichment cleansing De Duplication etc * SAP Functional knowledge understanding overall SAP system modules and structure * Good experience in SAP MDG Data Migration support LSMW LTMC and Win Shuttle * Developing participating in new solutions tools methodologies strategies in growing MDDM Practice * Excellent presentation effective communication and maintaining professional relations with the Client and internal Infosys stakeholders * Perform master data audits and validation to ensure conformance to business rules standards and metrics that meet business requirements * Data Design documentation preparation like Data Model Data Standards CRUD Matrix IT System Integration Matrix **Technical Requirements:** - -------------------------- * 3 5 Years experience in the Master Data Management domain extensive work experience in * MDM operation and cleansing support and master data objects maintenance Vendor Material Customer Price etc * Excellent Data analysis and interpretation skills proven skills in Excel modeling analysis * Strong story telling skills to deliver recommendations from data analysis proven skills in PowerPoint in a business case presentation context * Knowledge and experience of key features of Master Data Management Platforms SAP ECC SAP MDG Talend Stibo Collibra Informatica Winshuttle etc * AI ML based projects participation experience will be an asset **Additional Responsibilities:** - ------------------------------- * Own your success Accountable for delivering innovative business outcomes Seeks opportunities to improve and digitize process delivery Adheres to safe and ethical work practices * Think big Actively builds own knowledge capabilities and skills for the future Values teamwork and collaborates to achieve results * Be curious Willing to suggest new ways of working processes and technologies Ensures the delivery and improvement of digital solutions to benefit customers * Effortless customer experiences Understands customer needs and delivers digital seamless self service customer experiences * Digital first Applies creative digital solutions to solve problems **Preferred Skills:** - -------------------- S\&F-\>SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING ( Vendor Management); INVENTORY PLANNING; INSIDE SALES; MDM
