## **Key Responsibilities:** - Completion of daily tasks incl - Trade Booking management Trade Confirmation Settlement Fail management in accordance with market and risk criterion - Supporting any project demands in regards to either transition of business and or Client led development of Trade Services offerings to satisfy our clients demands - Proactively working with L G stakeholders Middle Office provider Broker Custodian and Vendors to ensure that all services are managed and risk is mitigated timely - Work in partnership and collaboration with team members and outsourced provider to ensure daily tasks are completed in line with agreed service standards and deadlines incl - accuracy timeliness and client service measures - Assist the outsource provider with agreed retained services delivery for the respective service area - Monitor the daily weekly service delivery KPI KRIs and escalate issues accordingly ## **Preferred Skills:** Capital Market->Capital Market Operations
