- End-to-end development and execution of on-air promo campaigns, including launches, sustenance communication, special properties, and channel initiatives. - Conceptualize promo strategies, scripts, shoot concepts, and creative communication plans aligned with programming and marketing objectives. - Manage promo shoots, post-production workflows, stakeholder reviews, and final campaign delivery within defined timelines. - Partner closely with Programming, Marketing, Production, and Digital teams to create impactful audience-facing communication. - Drive creative innovation through new storytelling formats, editing styles, music, graphics, and emerging technologies including AI. - Monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously enhance promo quality to maximize viewer engagement and tune-in performance.
