The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Salesforce projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication of business requirements. * Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria. * Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team is focused on delivering value. * Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards. * Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of Salesforce solutions. * Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve product offerings. **Mandatory Skills:** * Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. * Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments. * Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. **Preferred Skills:** * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder). * Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications. * Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software. * Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. * 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce product ownership or related roles. * Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
