May provide team leadership and mentoring to others. **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Senior Product Manager** to lead the strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution for HPE Networking's Routing portfolio. This role requires a strong blend of product management, technical expertise, and customer engagement to drive innovation and adoption across Enterprise, AI, Cloud, and Service Provider networking environments. You will work closely with Product Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Supply Chain teams to define product strategy, influence roadmap decisions, and position industry-leading networking solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a **broad understanding of the Enterprise and Service Provider networking portfolio**, enabling customers to build scalable, secure, and AI-ready network infrastructures. **What you’ll Do** - Lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for the **Routing portfolio**. - Partner with GTM and Sales teams to drive solution positioning, customer adoption, and revenue growth. - Act as the product and technical expert for routing solutions, helping customers modernize and migrate to next-generation networking platforms. - Deliver executive briefings, customer workshops, and value-driven presentations throughout the sales cycle. - Define product vision, value proposition, target customer segments, and business cases aligned with portfolio strategy. - Translate customer requirements, market trends, and competitive insights into product roadmap priorities. - Drive adoption of **MX Series Universal Routers** and related routing platforms. - Develop networking solutions across **Access, Aggregation, Edge, Core, Metro, Data Center Interconnect (DCI), AI Networking, and Cloud Data Center** architectures. - Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and commercialization. - Drive pricing strategy, SKU planning, GTM execution, and product lifecycle optimization. - Monitor product performance, customer adoption, financial metrics, and market trends to maximize business outcomes. - Provide technical enablement and thought leadership to internal teams, customers, and partners. **What you need to bring** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline. - MBA or Master's degree preferred. - Experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Technical Marketing, Product Line Management, or Solutions Architecture within the networking industry. - Experience working with Enterprise, Cloud, or Service Provider networking solutions. **Technical Expertise** **Enterprise & Service Provider Networking** - Broad understanding of **Enterprise and Service Provider networking portfolios**, including **Routing, Switching, Security, AI Networking, Data Center Networking, Data Center Interconnect (DCI), Optical Networking,  and Network Automation**. **Routing** - Strong expertise in **MX Series Universal Routers** or equivalent carrier-grade routing platforms. - Deep understanding of **BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, Segment Routing (SR-MPLS/SRv6), EVPN, VXLAN, L2VPN, and L3VPN**. **Key Skills** - Product strategy, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management. - Strong business acumen with experience in business case development and product profitability. - Excellent customer-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to translate complex customer requirements into product strategy. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.. ## **What We Can Offer You:** **Health & Wellbeing** We strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing. **Personal & Professional Development** We also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
