**Experience:** 58 Years **Qualification:** B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing) **Location:** Bhiwadi, Rajasthan **Key Requirements:** - Experience in **Sheet Metal / Auto Ancillary / Metal Fabrication** industry. - Hands-on knowledge of **Welding, Brazing, Soldering, Cutting & Bending** processes. - Ability to read engineering drawings and perform production-related calculations. - Experience in **Jigs & Fixture**, production planning, rejection & loss control. - Strong knowledge of manpower management, productivity improvement, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen. - Good communication and shop-floor management skills. **Preferred Industry:** Auto Ancillary, Sheet Metal Manufacturing, Automotive Components, Precision Engineering, Fabrication.**Role &**
