Senior Progress Developer Primary skills: Technology-\>4GL-\>Progress • Lead and manage a small team of developers focused on the Progress OpenEdge back office system. • Define technical direction for system improvements, focusing on stability, maintenance, and standardisation across countries. • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement robust Progress solutions. • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of application fixes and standardisation changes. • Ensure code quality and adherence to standards. • Monitor system performance and address any issues. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of on-premise development processes. • Collaborate with architects and InfoSec on system status and active vulnerabilities.
