Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed. **Where you belong-** The Learning Office Lead is responsible for defining and executing the capability transformation strategy for the SAP Global Cloud Operations (GCO) Cloud Architecture Advisory (CAA) organization. The role ensures Cloud Architects and Advisors possess the technical, architectural, consulting, AI, security, and industry capabilities required to support SAP's evolving cloud portfolio and customer transformation journeys. Working closely with Architecture leadership, Product Engineering, HR, SAP Learning, and subject matter experts, the Learning Office Lead develops strategic learning roadmaps, future skills programs, capability frameworks, certification strategies, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that prepare the organization for emerging technologies and customer demands. **What You'll Build-** - Future Skills Strategy & Workforce Planning - Analyze SAP's business strategy, technology roadmap, market trends, and organizational priorities to identify future skill requirements. - Partner with leadership teams to forecast workforce capability needs over 1–3 years. - Develop and maintain a skills taxonomy and competency framework for the organization. - Identify critical skill gaps and emerging capabilities required across teams. - Learning Needs Assessment - Conduct regular skills assessments and capability reviews. - Identify strategic capability gaps impacting customer engagements. - Analyze current workforce competencies against future-state requirements. - Develop role-based learning pathways for different job families and career levels. - Use data and employee feedback to prioritize learning investments. - Learning Program Development - Design annual and multi-year learning strategies aligned with business objectives. - Create structured learning plans covering: - Technical skills - AI and Automation capabilities - Cloud and Architecture competencies - Leadership and consulting skills - Industry and domain knowledge - Curate internal and external learning content, certifications, and development programs. - Learning Governance & Execution - Establish learning governance, processes, and measurement frameworks. - Manage learning calendars, certification programs, and mandatory training initiatives. - Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop internal knowledge-sharing programs. - Drive learning campaigns and engagement initiatives. - Certification & Capability Building - Define certification strategy aligned with SAP strategic priorities. - Recommend mandatory certifications for architecture roles. - Track certification progress and learning completion metrics. - Define capability maturity targets for teams and individuals. - Support managers in creating development plans for employees. - Promote internal and external industry certifications where appropriate (e.g., hyperscalers, security, enterprise architecture). - Measure certification effectiveness against business outcomes. - Learning Analytics & Reporting - Define KPIs and success measures for learning initiatives. - Develop dashboards tracking: - Skill readiness - Learning completion - Certification attainment - Future skill coverage - Learning ROI - Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams. - Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with business leaders, HR, talent management teams, and learning providers. - Act as the central point of contact for organizational capability development. - Influence leaders to prioritize continuous learning and workforce transformation. - AI-Driven Learning Innovation - Evaluate AI-powered learning platforms and personalized learning solutions. - Implement skill intelligence tools to identify capability gaps. - Leverage generative AI to create learning content, assessments, and learning journeys. - Drive adoption of modern learning methodologies including micro-learning and adaptive learning. **What You Bring-** - Functional Skills - Workforce planning - Learning strategy development - Skills management and competency frameworks - Organizational capability development - Talent management - Technical Skills - Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Learning analytics and reporting - AI-enabled learning platforms - Data analysis and dashboarding - SAP ecosystem knowledge - Leadership Skills - Strategic thinking - Stakeholder management - Change management - Communication and influence - Program management **Qualifications** - 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related roles. - Proven track record designing and delivering multi-modal learning programs. - Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS (ideally SAP SuccessFactors Learning). - Working knowledge of skills frameworks, role/competency models, and assessments. - Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication; facilitation experience a plus. - Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's a plus). #SAPReturnshipIndiaCareers **Bring out your best** SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
