**Job Title:** Assistant Vice Present – Senior Project Manager **Department** : WM - Automation **About Business line/Function:** WMIS – Automation **Position Purpose** Within the Wealth Management IT Hub Automation Division, the Senior Project Manager will manage the Program / Project, Release Management & division level transversal activities to area of expertise (Transversal Mechanism) **Responsibilities** - Ensures end-to-end responsibility for achieving the program / project objectives in accordance with commitments made by the business line. - Facilitate committees and work closely with the project team to deliver the project deliverables, prioritization, estimations, and planning. - Prepares, consolidates, and validates estimates and schedules throughout the project. - Maintain project cost without any major drift in overall project costing till end of project. Challenge user needs and provide best optimum solution within budget and capacity. - Planning of resourcing and capacity based on project needs. - Creates partnership with product owners, stakeholders, and transversal teams (security, solution architects, compliance) - Assist the project team in gathering the high-level business requirements from the end users. - Perform analysis with squad BA and with other applications squads/teams when involved in multi-systems features and interfaces. - Work with the BA and testing team to review strategy, test cases and results to ensure quality of delivery. - Support UAT with users and BAs (reproduce issues, monitoring, fixing with the team). - Vendor management along with tracking maintenance costs, budgets, and offers. - Ensure coherent of the tasks and commitment based on release and functionality of overall product. - Understand the impediments/blockers faced by the team and help the team remove those blockers. - Recognizes typical as well as complex and unusual issues, and actions needed to advance the decision-making process. Recommend possible solutions. - Assists stakeholders in diagnosing problems and recognizing issues. Identify critical connections, consequences, and alternatives. Recognizes successful adaptations. - Contributes & ensures compliance with organizational governance, Secure Agile or SDLC frameworks. - Provide regular update/ reporting to Division Head/Domain Head - Manage the release planning and management of the deliveries and update necessary tools required. Ensure transparency and adapt plans when changes occur. Prioritize tasks based on importance. - Manage Global Program / Project Steering committee with senior management. - Able to multi-task and work on multiple projects if required. - Ensure the good relationship with business sponsors and stakeholders at each location - Ensure implementation of Agile frameworks. Direct Responsibilities - Strong program / project management skills. - Project Leadership & Governance: End-to-End Ownership: Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives and group-wide policies. - Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, senior management, and external vendors. - Facilitate Steering Committees and Project Boards, presenting progress, risks, and escalations with data-driven insights. - Planning & Execution, Scope & Roadmap Development: Define project scope, milestones, and KPIs, using Agile/Waterfall hybrid methodologies. - Develop detailed project charters and RACI matrices. - Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, timelines, cross-border teams, Optimize internal/external resources. - Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify operational, financial, and regulatory risks. - Vendor Management: Oversee third-party vendor. - Reporting & Continuous Improvement, executive Reporting: Deliver monthly/quarterly reports to ExCo., Use dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to visualize KPIs. - Lessons Learned & Scalability: Conduct post-mortem analyses to document successes/failures. Identify scalable solutions. - Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders during various phase of the program / project. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, senior management, subject matter experts and technical teams. - Serves as the conduit between the customer community and the technology teams through which requirements flow. - Collaborate with the team’s experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. - Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams Contributing Responsibilities - Contribute to all phases of development life cycle **Technical & Behavioral Competencies** **At Least 15 Years Of Experience** - Banking Industry, “hands-on” experience on Program / Project management - Excellent communication skills, able to spearhead Steering Committees and engage with end users and stakeholders at various levels. - Excellent knowledge on project planning, budgeting/estimations and conducting negotiations / arbitrations. - Good understanding of project lifecycles and experience in functional and technical specifications - Highly analytical, able to investigate, troubleshoot and determine issues at root cause. - Adaptability & Flexibility to work on multiple tasks. - Ability to collaborate / teamwork. - Analytical ability - Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written - Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio etc. - Agile Scrum methodologies - Program / Project management tools as well as issue and release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools, etc.) - Good to have knowledge of Standard Core Banking systems (i.e., Olympic, TRANSACT, Corporate Actions Systems) - Good to have knowledge of Front Office applications (i.e., AAA order
