We are looking for an experienced Senior Python AI Developer with a strong background in **advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI)** to join our forward-thinking development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing cutting-edge AI solutions, specifically **Generative AI and Agentic AI** along with robust backend engineering skills. A good understanding of solution architecture would be a highly valuable addition to your profile. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend applications and APIs using **Core Python** and modern web frameworks. - Architect and implement **Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI** solutions tailored to business needs. - Build and maintain complex LLM-driven workflows and agents using frameworks like **LangChain** and **LangGraph**. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into scalable, production-ready applications. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to software design principles and best practices. **Primary Skills (Required):** - **Core Python:** 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python. - **AI Solutions (GenAI & Agentic AI):** Proven experience designing and implementing Generative AI applications and autonomous AI agents. - **AI Frameworks:** Extensive hands-on experience with **LangChain** and **LangGraph** for orchestrating LLM workflows. - **Web Frameworks:** Strong proficiency in building APIs and full-stack web applications using **FastAPI**, **Flask**, and **Django**. - **Data Science Ecosystem:** Core expertise in data handling and machine learning, with hands-on use of **Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.** - **Database:** Good understanding and experience working with various Databases (**SQL / NoSQL**). - **Version Control:** Strong proficiency in **Git** and familiarity with **CI/CD** pipelines. - **Fundamentals:** Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. - **Clear Communication : Engage directly with clients, ensuring clear communication of technical solutions, requirements, and project updates.** **Secondary Skills (Nice to Have):** - **Cloud & DevOps:** Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like **Docker and Kubernetes**. - **ML & Data Ops:** Familiarity with **MLOps** practices, Natural Language Processing (**NLP**), or **Computer Vision** to enhance AI model deployment and scalability.
