Job description

Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor Of Technology Service Line Digital Experience Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain production-grade cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. - Lead implementation of complex UI flows, navigation patterns, and reusable component libraries with a focus on scalability and consistency. - Integrate GraphQL APIs, define efficient queries/mutations, and ensure robust client-side data handling and caching. - Drive mobile app performance improvements (rendering, startup time, memory usage) and ensure smooth user experiences across devices. - Collaborate with backend teams to align GraphQL schemas and client requirements, improving API usability and reliability. - Ensure code quality through clean architecture, unit/integration testing, and thorough code reviews. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, including crash analysis and release hotfixes. - Mentor engineers, guide best practices, and contribute to technical decision-making and delivery planning. - Participate in release management, app store submissions, and continuous improvement of CI/CD and development workflows. Additional Responsibilities - Experience designing scalable mobile architectures and establishing patterns for state management, networking, and modularization. - Strong knowledge of GraphQL client strategies (caching, pagination, optimistic updates) and schema-driven development practices. - Hands-on experience with automated testing strategies for React Native apps (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and improving test coverage. - Experience improving developer productivity via tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation for mobile applications. - Demonstrated technical leadership through mentoring, ownership of critical modules, and driving engineering best practices across teams. - Good to have skills: TypeScript, Redux, Apollo Client, Jest, Firebase. Technical and Professional Requirements - Minimum Qualifications: 911 years of overall software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in React Native. - Proven experience building and shipping mobile applications with React Native for iOS and Android. - Strong proficiency with GraphQL integration in mobile apps, including query/mutation design and error handling. - Solid understanding of mobile fundamentals: performance optimization, debugging, and platform-specific considerations. - Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and delivering features reliably in production environments.
