Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end recruitment for expatriate personnel across Oil & Gas, Drilling, Offshore Construction, Marine, and Energy projects. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and global recruitment channels. - Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and operational suitability. - Maintain a strong database of international offshore professionals. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities. - Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer discussions. - Coordinate documentation, references, visa requirements, and mobilization support. - Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed timelines. - Build talent pipelines for critical offshore positions and maintain candidate engagement. - Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring updates for management. **Preferred candidate profile** • Graduate • 5-8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in international/expat recruitment for Oil & Gas . • Experience recruiting for Oil & Gas, Offshore Drilling, Offshore Construction, Marine, or EPC projects. organisation is 5 days working
