**Job Description: Registrar / Senior RegistrarJob Overview** We are seeking dedicated and compassionate **Registrars / Senior Registrars** in **General Medicine** and **General Surgery** to join our medical team in Gurgaon. The post-holders will be responsible for delivering high-quality inpatient, emergency, ICU, and surgical care while collaborating closely with senior consultants. **Job Details Parameter Details Position** Registrar / Senior Registrar **Departments** General Medicine & General Surgery **Location** Gurgaon, Haryana **Qualifications** **MBBS + MD (General Medicine)** / DNB **MBBS + MS (General Surgery)** / DNB **Experience** 0 – 4 years post-MD/MS *(Freshers & experienced doctors eligible)* **Shift / Duty Hours** 8 to 9 Hours (Rotational Shifts) **Salary Range 175000 : 190000**/ month *(Depending on profile & interview)* **Key Responsibilities** - **Clinical Patient Care:** Conduct daily ward rounds, evaluate patient conditions, formulate treatment plans, and manage inpatient care under senior consultant supervision. - **ICU & Emergency Management:** Manage critical care patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), respond swiftly to code blues and medical emergencies, and stabilize acute patients. - **OT & Surgical Support (General Surgery):** Assist senior surgeons in elective and emergency surgical procedures in the Operation Theatre (OT), perform minor bedside procedures, and manage pre- and post-operative care. - **Admissions & Documentation:** Oversee patient admissions, initial clinical workups, daily progress notes, treatment chart updates, and detailed discharge summaries. - **Multidisciplinary Coordination:** Coordinate with attending consultants, nursing staff, diagnostic departments, and super-specialty consultants for complete diagnostic and therapeutic management. **Qualifications & Requirements** - **Educational Qualification:** MBBS + MD (General Medicine) OR MBBS + MS (General Surgery) / DNB from a recognized university. - **Medical Registration:** Mandatory State Medical Council or National Medical Commission (NMC) registration. - **Core Competencies:** Advanced clinical diagnosis, critical care skills, ability to manage fast-paced high-volume care, and strong interpersonal communication. **How to Apply** **Interested candidates, please share your CV on WhatsApp / Phone:** **+91 9125075158** Pay: ₹175,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
