Job Requirements About the Role Join IDFC First Bank as a Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Coverage, where you’ll lead strategic relationships with mid to large corporates, delivering tailored financial solutions across assets and liabilities. Be the go-to expert for clients, driving growth, minimizing risk, and ensuring exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Acquire and manage high-value corporate clients Deliver customized banking solutions aligned with client needs Drive cross-sell across asset, liability, and treasury products Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution Monitor portfolio health and mitigate risks proactively Achieve assigned revenue targets and drive asset growth Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes Secondary Responsibilities • Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. • Leverage market intelligence to adopt best practices. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What We Are Looking For Education: Graduate; MBA in Finance preferred Experience: 10-15 years experience in corporate banking relationship management Skills: Strategic relationship management, financial solutioning, risk awareness, and strong stakeholder collaboration
