Job description

- Job Purpose: This role is responsible for managing a set of relationships, acquisition of new relationships and driving achievement of the sales target expected from the relationships. - Job Context & Major Challenges: (What are the specific aspects of the job that provide a challenge to the jobholder in the context of the Unit/Zone) **Key Challenges For The Role Are As Follows** - Creating ‘top-of-mind’ recall for BSLAMC schemes from extensive bouquet of products available with distributor base - Constant updation of market information about distributors and knowledge of trends and information in very dynamic market conditions - Ensuring that all service related issues of investors are sorted out within a quick turnaround time - Principal Accountabilities Accountability Supporting Actions Retail Sales Execution - Drives ongoing sales from the defined relationships and contribute towards regions achievements - Obtains and analyzes information from market to identify new clients, makes direct pitches, liaises with channel partners to increase sales - Profiles distributors and caters to their requirements to ensure ongoing business from them - Ensures targeted number of folios are added and achieves targeted amount of new SIPs Distributor Empanelment & Engagement - Conducts regular meetings and contact with the distributors - Undertakes empanelment and activation of distributors - Disseminates updates and other product related information in timely manner - Organizes and executes trainings and engagements for partners Reporting and compliance - Ensures 100% compliance with internal reporting & audit systems - Provides weekly reports, to Regional Heads and Channel Heads - Updates sales portal with requisite information to facilitate information collation and analysis - Undertakes installation of advertising and publicity materials for brand visibility - Relationships: **Relationship Type** **Frequency** **Nature** **Internal** - Channel Head Daily Strategy, Discussions related to Daily Sales Numbers/MIS Escalation of service issues or any other pending issues - Branch Manager Need based Sales and service support required at branch level - Operations and Customer Service Daily Efficient and timely application processing, high quality after sales services, and MIS for tracking the business **External** - Channel partners and clients Daily Discussions related to new and existing products, market updates, pricing and schemes, advise and resolution on service related matters.
