Senior Renewals Operations Analyst II

Location: Bangalore India Shift Timing: 2:00 PM- 11:00 PM Willing to work Night shift as and when required (Quarter-ends, Month-ends etc) About the role:The Renewal Operations Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for Renewal Sales Representatives, reporting directly to the Renewal Operations Manager. This role is critical in ensuring that all upcoming renewals from our installed base are accurately forecasted in the pipeline. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the Renewals team, addressing system constraints and diligently managing transaction workloads to assist with renewal bookings on time. What you’ll be doing: • Maintain CRM field accuracy and integrity for forecast/pipeline reports. • Perform regular pipeline scrubbing to ensure data accuracy and reliability. • Master the intake, analysis, and resolution of administrative and operational inquiries related to renewals. • Address any system constraints that may impact renewal processes. • Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) effectively, particularly for stage management and pipeline tracking. • Analyze deals outside of our standard framework to ensure accurate ARR calculation and allocation across business units. • Track manually inputted deals to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Refine existing policies and processes to serve Renewal Business. • Implement improvements to enhance overall renewal operations. • Knowledge on quote to order processes will be an added advantage. • Create and distribute monthly reports for management, including dashboards in SFDC. • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to identify and address issues, and improve business and financial performance. Experience you’ll need: • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, or Sales. • Proven experience in the Renewal Business, with an ability to navigate a high-volume, multi-transactional environment. • Familiarity with financial or revenue recognition principles and contracting guidelines. • Proficiency in Tableau, SFDC (Salesforce), CPQ, and other financial tools. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify and present complex topics effectively. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments efficiently and accurately. • Strong skills in building and maintaining metrics/reporting workstreams.
