Key Skills & Requirements Technical Skills - Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (including Queries and advanced formula usage) - Google Slides & PowerPoint - Google Docs - Strong in scripting & automation (Helios scripting tool preferred; trainable if not known) - Any scripting tool would work - Dashboard creation & maintenance - ATS knowledge - Analytical skills – ability to automate processes, pull reports - SLA-related data management - Prepare scorecards and publish - Attendance tracker management - Business review dashboards (weekly/monthly) and data maintenance - Data Analytics - SQL - PLX or Looker or Tableau (preferred BI tools) Functional Skills - Good Project Management & Time Management - Consultative approach - Flexible to work across APAC/EMEA/US shifts - Preferred background: HR Operations or Recruitment (not mandatory) - Individual Contributor role, no team handling experience required - Internal work focus; Good communication skills and ability to articulate well
